RETURNS
All sales are final unless the artwork does not match the description and photographs in the listing. 

DAMAGES
I package my artwork with great care and purchase insurance for the shipment. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. In the rare case of damage, please take photos of both the outer package and the inside artwork for insurance purposes. E-mail the photos immediately to info@elizabethbeckerart.com. You will receive a refund if there is any damage to your piece.

SHIPPING
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment. Please understand that once the item leaves my hands, I have no control over the postal delivery service and tracking information is unfortunately not always correct.

Signature Confirmation: I typically require signature confirmation on original artwork, orders valued over $200 and all packages that are being delivered to apartment buildings or units. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the shipping service will leave a note regarding redelivery at your door. If they cannot redeliver, it will be returned to sender. Please contact me if you would like to waive signature confirmation, but note that I will not be able to reimburse or replace your order in the case of missing packages without signature confirmation.

Return to Sender: If your package is returned to sender due to a problem with the address or if you are unavailable to sign for it, please be advised that you are responsible for paying shipping charges to re-send the package.

International Orders: Standard international shipping can unfortunately be unpredictable and take a considerable amount of time. Standard international shipping usually takes 2 weeks; however please allow up to 4-5 weeks to receive your order due to possible Customs delays. You can purchase a shipping upgrade upon checkout if your order is time-sensitive. Please note that international tracking information is often incorrect. Once your package leaves the United States, USPS transfers responsibility to your country’s postal service.

Customs Fees: Buyers are responsible for any Customs fees that may apply. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that it is illegal for me to forge information (such as claiming a lower price or marking packages as a gift) in order to avoid these fees. If the item is a gift and you are an international customer, I highly recommend that the item be shipped to you rather than directly to the gift recipient, so that the gift recipient is not made responsible for these possible fees.
