HOW IT WORKS:

  • Sessions are held via Live Chat or E-mail, depending on your preference.

  • After you purchase a session, I will e-mail you to schedule a time for your appointment.

  • Sessions can be booked in 30-minute increments. You can book as many sessions as you would like in advance. Each session can be a minimum of 30 minutes or maximum of 2 hours.

  • I'm a full-time professionally-trained artist
  • I have over 25 years experience in drawing & painting, with experience using a wide variety of materials (watercolor, inks, oils, acrylics, graphite, charcoal, etc.)
  • I’ve been selling my artwork online for 13 years
  • I’ve been selling my artwork in-person at art fairs around the United States for 8 years
  • In 2020, I was named one of Saatchi Art’s Top Women Artists
  • I’ve done several gallery shows and won several awards for my artwork
  • I have personal experience in overcoming creative blocks, imposter syndrome & finding my unique voice as an artist
  • I have 7 years of professional art training at 3 accredited universities
  • I earned my B.S.E. in Art Education and B.A. in Psychology
  • I have several years of teaching experience
  • I have some formal Graduate training in Clinical Psychology / Therapeutic Counseling
  • I created an out-of-the-box, fulfilling career as a self-employed artist that fits my rare personality type as introverted INFP-T. Being an INFP-T means I'm very empathetic, compassionate, supportive, accepting, innovative, intuitive and open-minded. It also means I've had to overcome many personal obstacles, like being self-critical, perfectionistic and struggling with confidence, in order to have a thriving career as an artist.
  • I’ve done my own research, read many books and listened to countless podcasts on creativity, mindfulness and self-development over the years
  • I self-published my own book on living a creative life and getting in touch with your inner child, titled “The Child Muse”. I'm also a poet and self-published a poetry book titled "Thaw".
  • I regularly practice yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation
  • I’m an expert at loosening up, expressing yourself, listening to your intuition, connecting with your inner child and getting into your flow state
  • I have a lot of psychological insight. I’ve spent many years studying psychology, researching emotional and spiritual issues, and working on myself in therapy sessions.
  • I have a deep understanding of the process & challenges of living a creative life.
