By purchasing this listing, the client agrees to the following terms:
1. The client may use the artwork for the discussed project only: “KP Stockton 3rd Floor MOB Refresh Phase 2”
2. The client does not have the rights to sell the artwork.
3. The artist reserves all intellectual property rights of the artwork, including copyright.
4. If changes to this agreement are needed, Client will contact the artist and ask for permission.
